Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Please allow 9 to 15 business days from the day you place your order until it reaches you.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing starts on the next business day if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend.
Your order is dispatched from our supplier's warehouse in Asia. If we expect a delay with your order, we'll let you know.
Delivery charges
We cover the delivery cost on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout, so please check that it's correct before you pay.
How to place an order
- Choose your item. Select the options you want on the product page and add the item to your cart.
- Go to checkout. Enter your contact and delivery details.
- Check your order. Review your address and order details. Your free delivery will be shown at checkout.
- Pay. Choose your payment method and complete your order.
- Look out for our email. We'll send you an email confirming that we've received your order.

If you need your order by a certain date
Please contact us before you order. We'll tell you whether it's likely to arrive in time.
Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, please email us with your order number. If it was sent but hasn't reached you, we'll follow it up with the delivery company.
If we can't deliver your order within a reasonable time, you can choose a replacement or a full refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all orders.
